This part of GB/T 30357 specifies the terms and definitions, reference samples, basic requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage for Huangjingui.
This part is applicable to Huangjingui, which produced by young shoots (with resting buds preferred) of Camellia sinensis (L.) O.Kuntze “Huangdan”, with appropriate processes, as withering, fine manipulation, fixation, rolling (packed rolling), baking, etc.for primary processed tea, and then shaping and categorization for refine Oolong tea.
