This standard specifies the method and assessment index for testing verification of the dynamic performance of rolling stocks that are designed to operate on standard gauge railway.
This standard is applicable to the assessment and testing verification of the dynamic performance of rolling stocks that are designed to operate on standard gauge railway. The dynamic performance testing verification of urban railway vehicles and electric and diesel locomotives used by industry and mining can refer to this standard.
This standard is not applicable to the dynamic performance testing verification of special-purpose vehicles (oversize commodity wagon and vehicles running on track with or without power) that are designed to operate on standard gauge railway, and on-track machines such as construction machinery (bridge girder erection machine, track laying machine, track crane, etc.), engineering machinery, road maintenance machinery (screening machine, tamping machine, etc.).
