适用范围：

This standard specifies the running mode specific fuel consumption limits and measurement methods for small spark ignition engines (referred to hereinafter simply as "engines") of non-road mobile machinery employing gasoline and the like as fuel.
This standard is applicable to (but not be limited to) engines of non-road mobile machinery with net power output at or below 19 kW:
—lawn mowers;
—chainsaws;
—generators;
—water pumps;
—brush cutters;
—tillers;
—rice transplanters;
—hedge trimmers;
—blowers;
—snow blowers;
—pressure washers;
—vibrating compactors;
—smoothing machines.
This standard is not applicable to engines for the following applications:
—engines used to propel boats;
—engines used for underground mining or underground mining equipment;
—engines used in emergency rescue equipment;
—recreational vehicles, such as: snowmobiles, off-road motorcycl
